SHIPPING POLICY
When do we ship?
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We take a day to pack your order, so we will dispatch it the next day after placing the order.
Where do we ship?
We ship domestically, that is, to every Indian state. We ship from Delhi region, so the delivery to the Southern states might take longer.
How do we ship?
We collaborate with Delhivery, so most of our products are shipped with them.
When can you expect your product to be delivered?
After your order is confirmed, it might take 5-15 days to get delivered by our delivery partner.
How to track your order?
After handing your Greenie to our courier partner, we will provide you with a tracking link through email or SMS.
Rates to ship?
There are no flat shipping rates. We charge you what the shipping company charges us which is generally calculated by weight and location.
Note: Once we dispatch your order, you cannot request cancellation.


Return & Exchange Policy
How many days do you have to return or exchange the product?
We accept returns till a month from the date of purchasing.
What conditions does the product have to fulfill to be returned to us?
The purchaser cannot return the product if it does not have physical damage done by our negligence.
We won't accept the returns if the damage is caused by the negligence of the customer.
Is there any warranty on the Greenie?
The electric parts of Greenie, including lights and wires, got one and a half years of warranty.
The wood parts have a warranty for half a year. Again, we will accept the returns only if the problem is from our side.
If the customer finds any fault in our Greenie, they can exchange it. Plus, they will receive one set of pods for free.
How will you receive the refund?
The refund will be processed to the customer's payment source.
Note: Most products are returned because the consumer receives something they have not expected. In such a case, the buyer can request a video call to analyze the product beforehand.
